Deeply grateful- Ming's has provided care for my VW GTI for most of the car's life (80km). For routine or troubleshooting the occasional larger job I found he is both professionally and personally more trustworthy than the dealer.

We have a relatively new car but if we want peace of mind we take it to Ming for his opinion. We value his knowledge and service.

I have been going to Ming for years, and he's always been honest and reliable. When I've needed work that I couldn't afford, he'd provide me with the "must-haves" and the "can-waits." He's given recommendations on service, on car buying, and everything in between. Ming even offers monthly specials, and has a better rate than those oil change chain shops. I have been very pleased with all of the work Ming and his team has done. There are several occasions where Ming as emailed me pictures of areas where work needs to be done and/or saves the parts and teaches why there were replaced.

I have been using Ming's Auto for maintenance of my Audi A8 for 6 years now and continue to be extremely pleased with results consistently. Although a long drive to Alston from North Andover, Ming is someone who i trust to do exactly what is needed every time.

My experience at Ming's is that the service is excellent. They took the extra time to identify a complex problem I had in my sound system, and to locate a hard-to-find part required for its repair. Their costs are much lower than the audi dealer I used in the past, and they are much more accommodating, including driving me back and forth from work. It's a great small shop.

Ming is very thorough and detail oriented in his diagnosis and report-out of the work to be done on my vehicle. Ming will not conduct any work until he has explained the situation (and pricing) to you and has your permission to move forward. His quick response time and turnaround time are far beyond any other mechanic and/or dealership I have dealt with in the past. I am a loyal customer and would highly recommend Ming and his team to anyone needing car maintenance and/or repairs.
