new customer, no service history. told shop at drop off that her dad is a DIY guy and a retired engineer of some sort. the owner just wanted a 2nd opinion on the rear drum brake system. owner was charged a small fee to inspect the rear brakes with the vehicle on the lift. gave owner a summary of what needs to be done. nothing more and nothing less. best wishes ming
