Fit me in with an unexpected engine light on Audi A4 right before long weekend. Made no promises but got the repair done same day. Patiently explained what problem was and shared engine codes and damaged part.

As always for past 6 years, Ming is TOPS in maintaining my Audi A8! He explicitly evaluates all mechanical issues and designates them as "safety issue, or just 'need to know' issues, and how much it will cost. I drive 35 miles to have him work on my car! Five stars!

This was my first time taking my car to Ming's. I have a 2006 Acura with 90K miles. I had Ming's give my car a thorough check up to see if it needed any work as I hope to keep it running well for another 90K. I dealt with Corey who is very friendly and clearly explains everything. The work is fairly priced and you aren't encouraged to take care of things your car doesn't need. Overall pleasant experience. I will be taking my car here again.

Great service. I had an awful turn of events with a new used car that required massive repairs right away. Fortunately, Ming came highly recommended by my previous mechanic whom I'd been going to for 15+ years. Clear communication about everything via email, text, and phone calls. They also gave me a break on the bill! I'm annoyed about my used car. I'm pleased with the professionalism of Ming.
