Brought in my Cadillac Escalade for 110,000 check up and as usual Ming did a great job with maintenance and reviewing all systems and informing me of upcoming needs that I should consider over the next 12 months. Fully satisfied yet again with his thorough work and advice.

Ming did a wonderful job with my 2004 scion xa. For a very long time I was having an issue with my rear brakes which requires shoes and drums, it just kept making a metal to metal grinding noise which sounded HORRIBLE! I took my car to Herb Chambers Toyota, even they weren't able to properly fix the issue after several attempts. I took my car to Ming, and right away he figured out what the problem was and VOILA! the noise was gone. Saved my sanity, and customer service was exceptional. He has gained a lifetime customer.

I was treated with friendliness, fairness, respect and the full transparency and top quality service was so refreshing and wonderful. It is a rare thing to find the highest quality repairs with the lowest price around. Plus great customer service. I'm so happy I discovered this gem.

Ming's was recently recommended to me by a friend, and after years of taking my VW Passat 4-motion elsewhere, I have just 'seen the light' by the service I received at Ming's. I wish I had known about Ming's long ago. They have a lifelong customer in me. They just took my car down off their lift and the problem was a quick-fix so he refused to take payment or even a tip. And their prices for both repair and maintenance for my VW are substantially less expensive than the mechanic I used to go to, which was slightly less expensive than the dealer. Great Service

It would be nice if there are plastic wraps for the tires like last time. The old ones were broken.

Ming and Corey were awesome. The car is about to be turned in but needed some work. They both understood and did only what was necessary without trying to sell extra work. My plans changed at the last minute and they were, and always have been very accommodating.
