Always provide you prior doing any repairs an estimate which gives you an ideal what the cost will be. Ming and Corey are very customer orientated. Will advise you if this or that needs to be repaired or not. Not many small and good repair shops offer a loaner.

Ming is always making sure that the work that is done is required.

Ming is the best, I am stuck with the famous diesel VW and am trying figure out how to maximize a bad situation and sent it to Ming to get his opinion on what to do and his advice was solid and saved me money, at his expense. You can't find a more honesty and reliable guy, thanks much. I will be back!

Great, friendly service!

His service is grade A plus and he makes so many helpful suggestions on how to maintain your car such as the proper gas to use for a longer engine life and proper tires for your particular automobile. I wish that I met him years ago but that would have not been possible because he is much younger than I.

Ming is one of the most honest and helpful mechanic's I found so far in Boston. He diagnosed my car related to a variety of issues I was having, patiently talked me through everything he found and was upfront about what the most important repairs were and what could wait. He emailed me multiple resources related to my car and was supportive when I ended up having a family member make the repairs instead. He even sent me another email with the parts he recommended I get in order to get the best results. Overall I've been incredibly impressed with Ming's high level of service, compassion, and patience!
