Everything is done in a timely manner and Ming is very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions you may have. He is not in it to screw you and tack on extra fees and miscellaneous fixings. Very up front with the costs and his estimates are pretty accurate.

Ming does high quality work for a decent price and offers a national warranty which is almost unheard of in this day in age. He is also honest about how much the car issue you're experiencing will effect the quality of other car components in the future or if it might be a livable (though annoying) issue.

Ming and team did their as-usual excellent job of communicating, sending me a written work break-down for my questions and approval. Had unexpectedly extensive work done at 90,000 miles on my '08 VW Jetta after a long and tough winter. Full front brakes, both engine belts, front wheel bearings, couple of other things. Work completed with one overnight, car vacuumed and washed. Great service, as usual.

My oil change was fast and well done, and easy to schedule. Ming's is very convenient to the new Swissbaker's on Western Ave, a great place to hang out and work or relax while your car is being worked on.
