We've been taking our car to Ming's Auto Repair for over 3 years. We recently moved to Providence and we still take our car to Ming's for any sort of maintenance issue or repair - he is that good! He explains everything and even emails photos of any parts that need repairs. I highly recommend Ming's Auto.

I was very pleased with the work Ming's shop did on my car. After a winter of sitting around, it wasn't running, but they managed to fix it up.

Just wrote this on Yelp: "Out of the five different auto shops I've brought my car to in the city, Ming's is the first place where I've felt like they really care about me and my car. It's very easy for mechanics to take advantage of customers who don't know cars, and I'm so thankful that Ming isn't like that. Several times over the course of the two days of working on my car, he was sending me pictures of the damaged parts. It was a simple gesture, but meant so much to know that I could trust him to be honest and transparent about the work being done. When all was said and done, he had even taken the time to get my car washed and vacuumed. On top of that, he's a funny, humble, and hard-working guy who genuinely values each customer. Since the garage is located on a mostly residential street, they probably rely on word-of-mouth to bring in new customers, and I am happy to spread the good word."
