Ming is very transparent. He let me know what needed to be done now and what could potentially wait to be done at another time and gave me a time frame of when it should be done. He is also willing to show you what he has done and even show the old pieces that may have had to be replaced.

Fast and honest service

As usual, the problem with my Audi was diagnosed quickly and I was notified of each step taken and of the costs involved. Great, professional service.

As always, Ming is prompt, everything is discussed prior to the work being done, and the work is done in a timely manner. My car is happy, and so are we.

I returned to Ming's auto after several years. As usually, they were courteous and professional. They let me know exactly what they were going to do and cost up front. They followed up with an assessment of the issue with a draft cost estimate. When I brought my car back to have the work done, they did it timely, effectively. They even gave me a ride to the train station. What I like most, was that Ming the owner explained things to me directly and without pulling punches, what needed to be done, what didn't need to be done and what could be done at a later date. I will of course go back with my V.W. whenever it needs repair.
